People suffering from autoimmune conditions often receive immuno-suppressive drugs. Their effects are unknown, each person reacts in different ways. Treatments are often tailored based on effects, which can take a while to manifest. We can profile the immune system and measure the impact of these interventions. The goal is to eventually match the response to measurements and allow personalizing the treatments.

T-cells carry the information of the immune system, as its detectors and effectors. By decoding the T cell library we can eventually use these to help identify events (infections, autoimmune reactions, response to therapies) and help personalize interventions.
